Digital Marketing at its Finest (+ cheap razors!)

Dollar Shave Club spent $4,500 on a video that's had more than 5 million YouTube hits and spawned dozens of response videos in the four-and-a-half months of going live.

Michael Dubin, who co-founded Dollar Shave Club with Mark Levine in April 2011, officially launched on Tuesday with a hilarious viral video. (Dubin, the star of the video, has some comedic experience, having previously trained with the sketch comedy group Upright Citizens Brigade in New York.) The ad (below) generated 5,000 sign-ups in its first 3 days.
